vba to copy and paste cells to new worksheet

Could someone help me with the attached workbook
I would like the command button in the Colours sheet to do the following:
In Worksheet 'Colours' copy only the cells in the Range 'Work' that contain anything and paste them into the blue cells in Worksheet 'Final'
Also each time the command button is activated the copied cells need to be pasted into the cells directly below the cells previously pasted in the 'Final' Worksheet.

Any help would be great
