Sorting with a macro puts staff with $0 at bottom. How to eliminate blank cells???

    Hi all.
I have attached my speadsheet I have been working on. I have created a macro button that you hit to autosort the sales of each staff member from top to bottom ( based on total %, the "n" column). But when I do the sort the staff members that have 0% are put way down in 40th place instead of 14th and 15th where they should be.
I cant touch any of the tabs except for the main page.
    Thanks
