We have a drop list in column F. I need to get the value the user selects from that drop list when it's changed. Can anyone provide sample code to do this or point me in the right direction.

Can I refrence the cell where the list is in, E7 in this case? The list is not named. It was created via the data validation option on the sheet.
You'll need to provide some sample data and describe what value you want returned.
Attaching an Excel file would be most helpful.
