VB Color Function Error

This forum helped me with an issue last year. I'm attaching an excel spreadsheet of student data.

On worksheet 8GT2J1314 --> the formulas in cells C18:Q19 (VB) are not returning a result. The same formulas are in two other worksheets within the file and are working fine...just not in this worksheet.

On worksheet 8GT2FG1314 in cell N23 - the value that it is returning is wrong. It should be 0.

I know nothing about VB within Excel. I'm using that sheet that a user added the VB to last year.

Any input would be appreciated. I'm at my wit's end.
