Move formulas to another column then preserve values in 1st column

Every month I need to move the formulas over to the next column, then preserve the numbers that I took the formulas from. Here is what I will do this month:

Highlight CJ4 to about CJ100, copy, select CL4, paste. Select CJ4, paste special, values only.

How can I do this with a macro? Sometimes, like between Dec and Jan, there will be a quarter total column.

    Thanks!
