Unsure of Posting Protocol

Hello Excel Experts,

I've just registered in order to determine the best avenue to find an expert Excel developer (serious VB scripting, macros etc.) to work on a contract basis in London UK. I'm not sure on the etiquette of posting details in this forum.

Is anyone able to advise or point me on the best place to address this requirement?

I found the forum rules helpful, but I couldn't isolate anything about seeking project help outside the forum from inside the forum - if that makes sense. Is this the right spot to asking members for help or is there somewhere else you feel I should be directing this request?
