Text to columns Delimited

Hello
I have been trying to solve it my own and read about it but 0 results.

The goal I want to achive is following:

I have txt: FDS.DataBase_Name_Location , ISK.Database_name_nope
and I want to them to different columns like "Convert text to Columns Wizard does"
So the result is
FDS Database_name_Location
ISK Database_name_nope

I WANT TO CREATE MACRO BUTTON TO AUTOMATE THIS EXCEL TABLE

Sry if little bit fuzzy text

did you try using the macro recorder?

with a new workbook this will open the text file in folder, c:\temp, called test.txt and populate sheet starting in cell A1.

firstly, you need to clearly explain your issue.

secondly, you should post examples of your spreadsheets with examples of your issue and MOST IMPORTANTLY include examples of what you expect the result to be, most of us who read the forums and try to assist do not have working ESP (extra sensory perception) module3s working so we need to really understand what you are trying to achieve

If you have the data in column A and want simply to divide it in two columns:

Sub Text2ColumnOnPoint()
    Columns("A:A").Select
    Selection.TextToColumns Destination:=Range("A1"), DataType:=xlDelimited, _
        TextQualifier:=xlDoubleQuote, ConsecutiveDelimiter:=False, Tab:=True, _
        Semicolon:=False, Comma:=False, Space:=False, Other:=True, OtherChar _
        :=".", FieldInfo:=Array(Array(1, 1), Array(2, 1)), TrailingMinusNumbers:=True
End Sub
