Match existing column name, copy based based on matching name, drag till end

Hi Experts...

I have data set which is driven by a condition. The driving condition is month, based on the month in A1, the data from B1 to B20 to be copied and pasted as value in sheet 2.

Sheet 2 have Months defined as column headers (A1 to X1). There is a blank column between two months. The function should match the month specified in Sheet1 A1 to Sheet 2, copy data B1 to B20 right under the matching criteria header. It should get updated for month specified in condition till months till year end...

Thank you very much for your solution. Yes, It does work...

But, my requirement is to copy Sheet 1, B1:B20 to sheet to from the month specified in sheet 1 A1, till sheet 2 W1..

SO if A1 is JUN, then JUN till DEC should have the value copied from sheet..

Thanks for the sample file....still this is not the one..
Once we are able to copy from Sheet 1 depending upon A1 value, the data set B1:B20 should get copied from satisfying condition on sheet 2, till end of the year, ie till Dec.

eg If A1 have Oct, then B1:B20 should be copied from Oct till Dec..

Hope I am able to explain the requirement.
