Importing a TXF file and converting to XLS(m)

I have a TXF file, typically generated by accounting software such as Quicken. I know how to convert this to an XLS file in Excel (simply open all files *.*, which takes you to the text import Wizard) but is there any way to do this through VBA?

Here is a very short TXF file to play with. The file name Test file had to be changed to a DOC file to be able to upload it. Just change the Doc to TXF to process.

This can be converted to Excel xls file by opening the file in Excel, choose all files *.* to display it, and then for the the next 2 displayed menus hit 1) next, and then 2) on the next menu move the vertical arrowed lines to the right to put everything in column a. Then select Next and Finish.

Sent wrong file. Try this one. And yes, I would like to convert 2-3 files in a folder.
