Hi, mubashar,
after collecting the information from the user I would recommend to use WorksheetFunction.CountIf on the ranges instead of looping through them. Besides: you could use wildcards for finding only a part of the cell contents (or use Trim in order to not get tangled with blanks after the expression in the cell).
