Please have a look at the attached file. This is to generate a CSV file that we upload to DHL in order to print shipping labels. Basically, I want VB to extract each comment (which contains the customers' addresses) as well as the Values in E and F to a single row on worksheet "CSV", which then can be saved as a csv-file.
The required buttons are already inserted, however the code is only an approach and should be redone.
Any help is much appreciated.

Can this be customized in a way that comments could have more than 5 lines, e.g. an extra c/o line ? What would I have to add to the code ?
