Option Buttons not grouping together properly

Hello everyone....I have a spreadsheet which has two columns at the end (labelled Option A, and Option B) where I want the user to check off one or the other. When I add Option Buttons to Cell J13 and K13 (first line of text) it works as it should allowing me to select one or the other. The problem is when I add more option button in cells J14 and K14 it will delete the previous selections and starts using all four buttons to select one reply. I have tried grouping each set of buttons together...but that does not seem to work either. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
I have attached a blank copy of the file for review....any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Option Buttons not grouping together properly

Hi martindwilson...on my file it states it is grouped, but if you try to select something on line 13 then something else on line 14, it deletes the selection on line 13....even though line 13's buttons are grouped and line 14's buttons are grouped separately. How did you add additional buttons on your example? It seems to work on the one you provided.

The Option buttons need to be fully enclosed by the Group box.

Thanks so much....it's been a while since I had to use the group function and I forgot that you had to put the group box around them. I really appreciate the fast response
