I have made a format in excel containing control boxes. I want to converting same file into a pdf format. Now I want in that pdf control boxes enabled.

Can you post the excel file?
Please find attached Excel file. Whenever I Convert it in PDF the control tool box should be enable.
Actually i like to make it a stamp and in any scan document i like to add it and there i like to use check boxes enable tick mark.

I am once again stating my problem that what actually i want. I am receiving document in pdf format. I need to print the same and stamp manually then scan it and forwarding. Actually i made all the stapm in excel and converted into pdf. when i am adding such stamps, i need to apply checks, cross and initials by action taker, which is not executing. Because once the control tool box converted in to pdf it is not in edit mode. So I am searching solution.

Hmm,
The problem is that although you can create PDF forms using Adobe, you can only make 'adobe' or whatever pdf editor you're using do certain tasks using a macro. Like saving as a worksheet as pdf. I don't know how you'd go about using a macro make the PDF editor detect the form fields automatically
