error with chart fill color

I am trying to get the Chart to appear as the color below but gives error.What is missing?

I have 4 Columns in the chart and I want to color them individually..the code below worked but I wanted to change the color setting for RGB to make easier to change

Yep it worked but i wanted to use the RGB colors such as (128, 0 , 128)...just easier to change then say a number like this - 15130800

How would you change this code to accept say (128 , 0 , 128)
