Determine OFFSET value macro

Hi first of all,good day to all of you here in this forum. Before reading the complex problem kindly open the workbook file so you can see the procedure,already done with 1 and 2 procedure, my problem is the #3. I want to determine the offset amount that will sum to 0. As you can it must be same amount other is positive and one is negative, I created the "Absolute" column for sorting purposes only. My problem is the compare the amount and date of it so I can status it as offset or color it on yellow.how can I do this on macro or rather create a complex function on this?
