Right now I am using a formula in each line of column "R" starting at line 4 going down.

I would like these to be generated via the sheet code line by line until the "B" line = 0 since the data can change I don't want to paste formulas in every line. I'd rather this just automate.

OPTION:
Here is part two if possible. If I click on the created "Photo" hyperlink and the photo isn't there. Instead of an error message can a custom prompt pop up to give me an option like this?

"No photo available. Would you like to go to the parent folder instead?"
[YES] - goes to "G:\PARTS\Database\Photos\"&B*** (*** is whichever row you are on)
[NO] - closes error prompt
