Question Macro to Convert .csv info to .xlsx and save it in another folder under previous name

I recieved about 120 files that need to be converted to readable data. I want to use a macro to open each file and take the CSV info, seperate it into seperate columns, select all the new columns and insert a graph, move that graph to a seperate tab and then save the file as a xlsx with the original name.

here's what I tried to write so far.. but it's definitely not working.
