removing date from entry and replacing with word

I have code which transfers data for a given date.Can the date in column O be replaced with MS PLANNED for range O6:O15,MS INTERNAL for range O19:O28,MS EXTERNAL for range O32:O41....I want the code to do everything in regards to how it transfers data except I do not require the date to be shown but instead have the words for each stop shown
