Each row targets a new worksheet

I am looking for a way to fill cells on one sheet with data from another, which is easy enough, but I have to be able to target the new worksheet without having to modify the code. here is what I mean.

Genus	Species
"targets cell B1 of workbook 2"	"targets cell B2 of workbook 2"[/
"targets cell B1 of workbook 3"[/	"targets cell B1 of workbook 3"[/

ect.

also is there a way to have each sheet that I create have the sheet name be equal to a specific cell on that sheet?
