Can't get macro loop Target.Address in column

Hi All,

Back again with another problem...

I have managed to find a code to populate an excel cell comment with an image based on a selection of a data validation list. Problem is I would like to apply this to an entire column, my working sheet will have over 300 rows!. At the moment I have found a work that manages to get the result I want to achieve.
To do this though for 300+ lines will take forever . I would like to just have the code automatically go from "$D$4 & ("E4") to "$E$5" & ("E5") etc.

I have also attached a screen shot of the sheet.
