Need some help by search functions in database

In my Partsdate sheet i have auto filters . but i need some simple buttons on a new page for users that have no acces to the Parts data . example : on a new page i need a button with a fill in or pull down list of a name . then in a new page (or under)the full table behind the name is copied , when the name is more then one time in the tabel , all tables with the name wil be copied to the new page . or under the search button.

another button for search the in team A-B-C-D all people who work for Team C wil be copied to a new page with the tabel included behind the name.

The input page has pull donw menu's but i d like in de 2th and 3th collum allready has the "-" filled in . now i have to put at every pull down the "-" symbol again every new name .

I hope somebody can help me out . if i am not clear enough i will try to get an answer . if i have a few search buttons i think i will be able to manage other search buttons .

I will be greathfull if somebody can help me out .
