Userform Text Box Data Validation Criteria- Letters & Spaces only, less than 130 character

Hi All,
I am trying to develop some validations for a userform, and I can't quite seem to get it 100%. I need to only allow Letters and Spaces, and also limit the amount of characters to 130.
