How to:
1. Find column with header title "quantity" (column with text "quantity" in row 1)
2. Clear all data below the header for that column only (rows 2 - lastrow)

Excellent, I knew I was missing something simple.
I'm starting to get the hang of how the offset command works (after throwing the machine into a few endless loops that crashed Excel). Thanks for all the help everyone.
