Distribution of Cells in a Column Based on Cell Data in Another Column

Hay guys, happy holidays and thanks for looking at my thread

I've got this simple problem but I couldn't figure a way to solve it.

I have data in Column A that doesn't have empty cells in any of its rows. I also have another data in Column B that has empty cells. Now, I want the data in Column A to be distributed based on empty cells in Column B.

kvsrinivasamurthy, your answer is perfect. But I forgot to mention that my data doesn't actually contain consecutive numbers. Both column contain strings. So the formula couldn't work.

Can you update the formula for string data? Thanks

P.S. amit.wilson, your formula returns Invalid Cell Reference Error. :/
