where cell data duplicated copy rows to new sheet

I previously had a macro - of which I can no longer find - that allowed me to copy rows of data and paste to 'Duplicates' sheet where data within columns b and c where identical .....

A B C D E
1 12345 Smith VIRGINIA 25/07/1991 99 ABC AVENUE
2 12543 Smith VIRGINIA 25/07/1991 99 ABC AVENUE


As per above - I would like to copy both rows and paste in 'Duplicates' sheet as columns B, C, D and E have the same information....
