Create Excel Error on 2013 'End of statement Expected.

Hi

I have a web page, with some client side script to open an excel. This script works well with client side using excel 2003, 2010. But when client running 2013 version, it will throw error.

Error message is 'End of statement expected' on this line:

I have checked that this is the supported method to create excel object. Anyone experience this before? Please share.
