how to make open fully not flash in toolbar when opening file with a macro

hi all

i have marco that work perfectly it opens access from excel and filter it by id. problem i have got is that it open access and it sits flashing in toolbar until i click it before it shows on the screen i have try Application.ScreenUpdating but doesnt work.
