Convert table with multiple header columns into a pivotable table

Hi folks, I've got a sheet with 4 header rows of varying header information, and dates in column A. This current table can't be pivoted. I'm trying to 'transpose' the data into a table that can be pivoted. That will require a lot of manual work. I've got 244 columns of information (excluding the dates in column A). Does anyone have any idea on how to crunch this? I've attached the workbook with 2 self-explanatory sheets. Thanks vm!
