Make record macro reference column name instead of letter?

So the biggest drawback to using the record macro function seems to be that it assumes that I will be running the macro on the same exact spreadsheet every time.

Is there any way to set up the record macro so that when I, for example, delete the "D" row which as a header of "Processing Date"...

that it would store the script command as (delete row titled "processing date") instead of (delete row "D")?

Well I know there is a script command for it, but what I was asking is, is there any way to get the record macro function to record your actions relative to the header title as opposed to the column letter.

Basically, right now when I delete then column with record macro on it stores it as:

But I want it to store it as:

    On its own.

    Is that possible?

Oh I see, I don't think that is possible.
