linking 2 cells for the purpose of deducting it from elsewhere

hello everyone, i was wondering if its possible to link 2 cells in a sense where, there would be a cell with a name and right next to it a number

and elsewhere when i write the same name, it would take recognition of first original cell, and when i write a number next to it, it would deduct from the original number next to the original name, in other words, i'd have 2 original cells, 1 has a word in it, other has a number in it, and may have multiple or lots of the same name elsewhere on the sheet or add more later on, but with 1 acception, when i add a number next to the multiple ones, it will deduct from the originals number.

thanks in advance if there's any kind of an solution.
