Input Box for cell that have values.

Hi All,

I need to have a input box that enters values into column B where Column A has a value. If a value gets added to Column A the inputbox issue will update. Here is an attached book illistrating.

Thank you for your reply. How would I have this macro run when the worksheet is opened. And how can I cycle thru all the employees one after another?

I was designed to just handle one employee id being added or changed automatically.

If you want to iterate all existing ID's then a loop is needed. I can look at it later tonight.
