VB Code to un-merge cells

Hello:

I have excel file and i need a simple VB Code to un-merge the following range in Sheet1.

B8:B100
D8:D100

After un-merging, I would like to expand the column B to width 20 and column D to width 15, and then delete Column I,J & K and then save the file.

Have you tried recording a macro of doing this? It won't give you the most concise code, but it will show you everything you did with regard to unmerging/formatting/deleting.
