Just to make sure I'm looking at this correctly you're talking about recurring the number of weeks in column K?
    Thanks,
    Solus

    Hi Solus

Thanks for replying. Column K specifies the number of weeks the appointment is required for at that time. The code i have will book the first date as per column F i would like to book re-curring appointment automatically for the next 4 weeks i.e 16/12/13, 23/12/13, 30/12/13 and the 6/1/14 all for the same time and duration. I have tried to open your attachment but i receive an error message saying the file cannot be found?

    HI Solus,

thansk again for responding, you kindly helped me out before i remember. I still cant activate the macro, iam receiving an error message stating that the workbook has one or more links that cant be edited, would it be because i cant access a folder you may have created in outlook?

Perhaps you can copy and paste the code. I left the subfolder as Michelle so that shouldn't make a difference.
