Remove certain values from excel cells

Does anyone know if Excel 2003 can implement a button that once pressed to bring the value "0" certain values of several excel sheet's.
For example, if I have an excel file with 10 sheets and each sheet there is a table with various data. At one point values in all tables must bring default "0" but it's a huge job to do this work manually. For this reason I was thinking to create a button or whatever, in another excel file which once clicked, to do this thing. Can this be done? And if so, how?
