merge 3 sheets by unique combobox value

I have some 3 sheets is it possible to merge all 3 based on userform combobox selection,on each sheet is a unique id number but might not be in same cell number.
I would like to extract certain cells from different sheets and merge them,i also have a date on each sheet,the ides is to have a record of the item from been bought to been scrapped sheet1 is an inventory ,sheet4 where it has been issued to /from and sheet repairs is obviously when it was repaired/overhauled,hope this explains what is the best way to go, out put can be userform or sheet ,any ideas please,thought of combobox with unique data but can you look at 3 sheets at once

Please explain what you mean by merging sheets. How do you want the merged sheet to look, compared to the 3 source sheets? Are you wanting the data from 3 cells combined into a single cell value?

I have a sheet that issues items and returns them sheet4,and a sheetrepairs that repairs or overhauls items what I want to do is merge these sheets both have dates and arrange them in order of item and date say item was overhaualed on 06/09/13 and was issued and returned before this date then issued after ect,will forget about 3 sheet

have uploaded program sheet4 wants to be as it is, and repairs as it is,merged into one file ,ie
st009 1ton webbing 2m 12/12/12 return date ect
st009 1ton webbing 2m 13/12/12 overhauled date ect
st009 1ton webbing 2m 15/12/12 issued date ect
and a way of calling st009 ect
I thought bout combobox callng both sheets and then merge
not sure if this can be done because cells are different
and English aint that bad or maybe it is

I adapted userform33 to look up sheet4 which gives me a history but not history of repairs
