Trying to Dermine if the File was Saved

in the BEFORE_SAVE event, I hide certain sheets, so that next time the WB is opened, it is presented in a certain way.

I am looking for a way to determine if the file was saved or not during the use of SaveAs dialog.

Here's my code, and suggestions would be appreciated.
