How to bring and copy row data of a cell text when the text appears in another column?

    Hi all,
is there a way to make following:

The 1st image shows "before" situation of an excel sheet. I need to fetch certain data related with a text, for example blah 3 in the NAME or the 3rd column when that text (i.e blah 3) appears inside a quote or some differentiating mark (<...>, ~...~ or whatever) in the EXPLANATION (or another) column. I need to fetch the text's # and FOREIGN FONT column data and paste it automatically next to the very the same text (i.e. <blah 3> or "blah 3") appearing in another column, with a specified format:

    excelFetch1.gif

After it is done it should look like this. And there are hundreds of rows.:

    excelFetch5.gif

    or:

    excelFetch4.gif

Is this possible? Thank you all.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
