Autofill with wide selection not working

Column A has numbers 1 - (Random number) depending on spreadsheet

Row 3 has data from column B - column AK.

I need to select row 3 from b3-ak3 only, then autofill down relative to the a columns length.

For example, if the A column extends to row 155, I need to autofill down row 3, from B3-AK3 all the way down to row 155.

I tried using this

Well I know one thing I'm doing wrong, I need to define LastRow as something, what would be the best command to define it as?
