Adding Rows based on a column value

Hi Friends,
I was wondering if somebody could help me out with a vba code to insert rows based on a Column value and then fill the rows with previous row data. For example in "Column G" I have 1010,120,1300 one below the other. Then I want there will be 3 new rows with data 1010,120 and 1300. But all the other cell value contents will be same. I am attaching a sample file for your consideration.
