All in one workbook with many sheets. What Im needing to do is take the names from Column A in each month July - June and paste each name to the Completion Sheet in Column A with removing any duplications.
I have attached the Workbook that I have been working on.
I have been researching this out on line just not understanding everthing.
I am concerned about the layout of your sheet. This could eventually fail for you but give it a try:

My concern is that some simple changes to the layout could cause the macro to fail. For example, if you put 1 of your many "non-month" sheets in front of the "month" sheets it will fail. If your names exceed past row 48 it will fail, but I couldn't set the range to the last used row because on some of the sheets you have a giant merged cell which is causing potential problems. Stuff like that.
It should hold up for a while, just be aware that if you change the layout too much this macro may no longer work for you.
Edit: Give me some time and I will rewrite it to be a bit more reliable.
