Transfer Data from UserForm that their check box had checked!

Hello

I have a userform with 12 checkboxes. Eatch one for a different case. It's case also has her own comment box.

What i would like to fo is clicking a button, every case that her check box is checked to transfer the data ia the first availble row of sheet calling DataBase

In my attachment i describe exactly my needs.

To find last row you can use this code:

You should connect checkboxes with appropriate labels and textboxes, for example select checkbox1, label2(Case1) and textbox2 and in properities give them Tag = 1

After this you can find in loop which checkboxes are seleced:

When you want to put textboxes and labels with the same tag to the worksheet you can put similar loop inside first loop:

That is a loop. It runs all the code in between that line and that line that shows

It runs the code for each increment changing the value of the variable i. To show the effects:

Open a blank workbook. Right click the tab for sheet 1 and select 'view code'. Copy the code below into the module. Select the line that says Sub Test and press F8. F8 will allow you to run the code line by line observing the effects.
