Auto/Date Triggered "Save As" Function

Hi all!

I would like to create an auto-save function for my Workbook, and your expertise would be greatly appreciated!

I need code that will check the Date/Today when one opens the Workbook, and if the date is the 1st of the month, it will show a MsgBox warning that "The Workbook must be saved! Would you like to save the Workbook now?", and by clicking on YES, it will open the Excel File>>Save / ctrl + s function to save the Workbook.

thanks, dwint. One prob though; I would like the Save As dialogue to open, as I want to save the Workbook as a different copy, and not only save the Workbook.
