Question How to Populate UserForm TextBox based on user defined Row selection by means of PopupBox

    Hi All,

Please see the attache test document.
    • I want a user to be able to go to the Sheet-CONTROL BUTTONS
    • Selecting the PRINTING FORM button
    • Entering the row number corresponding to Sheet-MASTER SHEET-HOTELS BASIC from which he/she wants to extract data.

I have the button set up but now I am stuck and I have tried searching the forum for hours but cant find a suitable code.
Heres what I need to happen in the test document so I can apply it to my much larger document:
    • Select PRINTING FORM button in Sheet-CONTROL BUTTONS
    • Enter row number 13
    • In Sheet-PRINTING FORM in TextBox 1 the code should populate Row 13 Cell E
    • In other words the word "Best Hotel" should appear

Eventually I want to extend this to all cells withing a row, arrange the TextBoxes nicely so that the user can print off the page.

If there is an easier way where you can just get the user selected row to appear in Sheet-PRINTING FORM by pre-determining the sells, I wont mind using this method either.
    For example:
    • Sheet-MASTER SHEET-HOTELS BASIC: Row 13 Cell B copies to Sheet-PRINTING FORM Row 3 Cell C
    • Sheet-MASTER SHEET-HOTELS BASIC: Row 13 Cell C copies to Sheet-PRINTING FORM Row 4 Cell C
    • Sheet-MASTER SHEET-HOTELS BASIC: Row 13 Cell D copies to Sheet-PRINTING FORM Row 5 Cell C

I do want to create a Macro associated with a button, that when a user clicks, it clears Sheet-PRINTING FORM. And each time the PRINTING FORM button is used it will overwrite any data already created.

Any help will be much appreciated!

    Moose

Omg - you are a legend, hopefully figuring out this type of stuff gives you satisfaction - and that is payment enough, because I don't how else to thank you.

I managed to expand your code to add one more textbox and it works! It also overwrites when I select a new row! Now I can start with the saveas option - should be fun.
