Sort entire row data with item type and process.

how the vba code is to sort the item in the way shown in attached file below, I want to use vba to do something but before that I need to sort them.

there is a feature in excel called "record macro". It will record a macro of you performing a set of operations. Here is the recorded macro of what you illustrated, using the custom sort feature.
