Automatically pull information from a website? API?

I need to get the buy/sell price information from BTC-E.com and Cryptsy.com. In particular, I am looking for the LTC/BTC buy sell prices. Is there a way to retrieve this information from the site and place it into an Excel table?

Great! I believe I do need a login to view what I want. Ideally, I would like to also place buy/sell orders using it as well, which would definitely need a login.

I want to write a macro/loop that will automatically refresh and pull the information from the trade tab of https://www.cryptsy.com/ (Market, Currency, volume, etc.) I do need to be signed in though. Is there a way to have it sign me in too?
