Ensure DTPicker works for all users

I have run into an issue with a spreadsheet distributed to multiple users as a tool. I have used DTPicker in the spreadsheet but I have users where this ActiveX function does not work. How can I ensure this command works for all users I send the spreadsheet too? All users have the same version of Excel (2007) or higher. Do I need to embed something special into the workbook?

    Thanks

FYI - All VBA controls are ActiveX controls.

Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control is not a default setting made available in Excel 2007 and 2010.

Download the CAB File from the below link and just double click it which will copy the required files to the Ms-Office root directory.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297381

Once it is completed you just reopen the file sent by the OP, which will show the drop down.

You can find the B]Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control[/B] On Developer Tab>>Insert>>Under Activex Controls>>Click More Controls and the list will have that control added.

Thanks everyone for the great suggestions. I had the user go into the Excel Options, Trust Centre, ActiveX settings and chose the Prompt me before enabling option and that seemed to do the trick. Now I need to teach them to enable this content for the macros and all seems to work.
