How to use user-defined function on specific column

Hello,

In my attached sheet, One user defined function (PARSEDATES) is there which I want to develop a macro that works on the two columns and gives desired output (Parsedates actually converts date format from dd-mon-yyyy to yyyy/mm/dd format). It is not working.

Shouldn't you be passing an argument to the function?

Also, if you want to parse columns A and B shouldn't the formula go in other columns?

The function is there in the attached sheet.
Is there any possibility to develop a macro which will work on the two columns (C and D).
I don't have idea. Plz help
