Macro to Compare 2 Spreadsheets

I have 2 spreadsheets (see attached) and I want to compare data across the 2. Not all data is presented in both spreadsheets and it won't be. But for the data that is the same, can I compare the 2 and highlight any differences?

On the first tab, you will see row 10 highlighted and some descriptions that you will find on the second tab in row 2. I want to use the second tab as my source and tell me what is wrong in the first tab. Everything that can be "tested" on the first tab is higlighted in green on row 4.

Is this possible? It would be a HUGE help!!! Please help me!!!! haha.

I should add the the spreadsheets won't necessarily have the same amount of rows and/or won't be in the same order.

I'm looking to do the exact same thing? Is anyone able to come up with a solutiion or provide some insight? Would be helpful.
