Auto ageing (days) and Alert

Hi All,

I want to create a excel formula or VBA macro (or sub or whatever it is called) that will automatically count ageing and days replied which referred to date at recipient details if status column is “Action” versus current date. If status column is "Info", tracking column area for ageing and days replied will be like this “-“.

If ageing is more than 21 days, excel will pop-up an alert with particular document number after we open and every 60 minutes after that.
