Added a Listbox to my code

Well it's not my code exactly. AphaFrog was a huge help, but I forgot one small detail. I need to be able to correct the code to reflect me putting in a listbox called lbTypes. The code currently adds to the worksheet by the command buttons Returned and Issued. I need it to add to the worksheet in the appropriate row for Top or Bottom(uniform type).
I think you will see what I mean. I tried a few things, but failed miserably.
